Hello Everyone !!!!!!
Well just a little information on what is going on. News from Tucson is that some of the cut goods are going at a good price; but fine facet rough is very short in supply and not cheap by any means... I am just thankful I bought like a madman some 18 to 20 years ago. Except for a few new finds in Tanzania and Afghanistan I buy very little now; and for those reasons; too expensive and the size/color/quality and unknown treatment drives me away from the buying table...
But never fear Grey and I are still cutting and see no end in sight with a little over a kilo of diverse fine facet rough in the safe for us to play with...
I want to thank everyone for all the support and friendship they have showed to us this year and the years before. I am truly Blessed and Thankful for all the Friends and Clients I have made in the few years our business has been on the web...
Just a few updates to what is going on with us...
We are cutting all gems as usual and will have the North Carolina Adam's Farm Emeralds the middle/end of February; both cut and specimens...
I just sent off a 1200 carat parcel of my rough to Sri Lanka to have Ahmed and his cutters work their magic; wish them luck... I always do ... I have about 10 more parcels to send them as Grey and I discovered I have more fine facet rough than He and I can cut in the next 3 lifetimes... We are not spring chickens any longer... All very fine facet rough; but we are saving the very best to cut ourselves... So that material will be back in about 3 weeks; I will list those then and they should be very good prices as this was 18 plus year old stock I had bought and just stuck it back like I was really going to cut all that myself... Old age has a way of making you face reality...
I am taking some time to take care of personal/home chores as soon it will be farm time and I will not be in here cutting like I do in the winter months; so please bare with us as we are still working on things to show you...
I will do another SALE in about 30 days to clear out some more of the "trade" melee, etc. that I accumulated when I did trade work for the craft; nice deals on melee and such...
All those that have pending orders due to my cutting; I have not forgotten and will release them to you as soon as the weather breaks so I can take some pictures of things Grey and I have just finished...
We will always strive to be fair, honest, and kind to everyone; and will always do our very best to keep quality up and the prices as low as the market or our pockets can stand.
We have a full refund policy which to me is the only way to go as beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and a computer monitor can only show so much; so we feel we have to have this policy to be fair as we feel the same way when we get in a parcel of rough; if it is not as described we want to be able to return it...
All photography now is taken outside in subdued lighting as we feel this may give you a better representation of the color... I am not a photography expert by any means but I do try to make sure you see the cut, the clarity, and the outside color of the gemstone.
Most Respectfully;
