  This gem was a re-cut by me from a 4.92 carat gem from my friend in Sri Lanka. This is another friend in Sri Lanka and not the one that I have the Anagee stones from. It was a very lovely gem but had the step cut pavilion and they just missed the angles in the culet. So it had to be re-cut. It is a ball of fire; even though it shows a slight sleepiness in the photos; it is a firecracker in real life... It will make one heck of a fine ring gem or even a pendant. You just do not see many this big, clean, and finely colored these days. Fully tested.
