  This is another of the alluvial pieces I got many years ago from Mozambique. This is really unusual material as it does shade shift. This gem is a lovely peach with a tint of orange inside and it is a rich straw honey color outside that is not dark in any light source. The brilliance and dispersion is unreal and just what you expect for a fine zircon; my only regret now is that I did not buy more of it back then; but back then I really did not like polishing zircon; or peridot for that matter... No treatment at all and a very nice ring size gem... This gem was cut by me.
