  This lot of heated blue sapphires were mined and cut in Sri Lanka in 2001. These were the days of only selling to the trade. This is the last of a 200+ carat parcel of 5x3 oval gems. The other lot I have for sale on here were the cream of this big lot of gems. These are not as nice but are surely fine gems for ear rings, silver jewelry, etc. many matching pairs and many are really very nice gems.
