  This gem was cut by me from a 11.3 piece of rough trimmed of the inclusions bought in 1998 from Hilmar Bosch. He and I went in on a 1/4 kilo of this fine material. It is intense royal or what the old term was Siberian purple. This has a blue flash some had a red flash. No treatments and it will make a very elegant ring or pendant. This material can only be cut in step cuts over 3 to 5 carats. This one turned out very nice...
