  This gem was re-cut by me from a 1.39 carat windowed gem bought in 1998. I have no idea why it had a window with good depth , just got the angles wrong; but hey I have done the same but try not to. I know when my ultra-tec was having some angle issues I was off just 2 degrees on some of the Nigerian emeralds and some have a faint window and will go back and correct them; but my machine has had a major facelift this year, but after 6000+ gems cut I guess it was time...This gem has had no treatments in any way, good size for easy mounting and good color and light return. Very nice gem.
