  This gem was re-cut by me from a 7.04 carat badly cut gem I got in a large parcel from the cutting house in Tanzania in 2024. The material is awesome and not very common. Normally we used to get 2 and 3 carat gems like this to re-cut but when I was offered a parcel of gems this large I could not pass it up as this always happens they find a deposit, sell it like there is not end to the material and in 6 months to a year it goes dry and the material skyrockets just like Namibian mandarin garnets, paraiba tourmalines, etc., so I am thankful I got in at a good time. No treatments and the bright gems are very lively and the colors are pleasing and not brown.. This material will easily go for 100 per carat...Fully tested and this gem does show the UV reactivity going to a orange red under LW or SW uv lighting. 1.735 RI.. The ones I sent to the lab are all from the same location and parcel.
