  This gem was cut by me from a 6.36 carat piece of rough bought in 2018 from Tanzania. It is a very unusual garnet blend, almost andradite/grossular which is not uncommon for Tanzanian garnets as they are all over the place with Refractive indexes... This one is a 1.775 and is a blend of the 2. Very brilliant and unusual body color, it reminds me of the yellow green demantoid garnet family. No treatments. Photos do not come close to picking up the brilliance this gem shows...
