  Well this is one of the emeralds I had to re-cut as my machine was off 2 degrees and I did not catch it until I was taking pictures and what i saw looked like a slight window in all 8 of these cuts... Grrrr, So I started testing my angle degree on my machine and instead of 1 degree above critical angle I was 1 degree below and therefore I had to re-cut all those gems culet area... no fun.... So here is the first one I re-cut back on the scene... Everything checks out as emerald pink-orange showing chromium under the chelsea filter, proper RI for beryl and also I have cut this material years ago and sent one to the GIA for their blessing and yes it came back beryl family emerald, no treatment... This is very very clean material, It has a glow and a mirror type return of light... I saw no indications of oil or anything on this material. It was a 7.88 carat crystal bought in 2018.
