  This gem was re-cut by me from a lifeless step cut gem bought in 2006. I am still cutting on that large parcel bought from Pakistan from my rough dealer. I bought over 300 carats of nice poorly cut gems and 800 carat of the crystal rough. I never liked peridot until I was exposed to this material in the late 1990's. To me it is more of a pure green with less yellow tones. This gem will make a wonderful flashy ring or pendant. I have never had one of these lovely peridots returned as they are just that lovely ...
